Music Paper Lab is a small operation, so your email reaches the person who actually makes the paper. Write to hello@musicpaperlab.com and you’ll normally hear back within two or three working days.

Found a mistake?

Please tell us — and with music notation, mistakes matter. Every chord diagram, scale shape, key signature and clef position here is generated from data rather than drawn by hand, but a wrong interval or a misplaced accidental is worth more than an apology. Send the page address and what looks wrong and we’ll fix it and re-generate the file, usually the same week. Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox.

Requesting a format

If you need a paper layout, tuning or instrument we don’t have yet, say so. A good part of this library exists because a teacher or player asked for something specific — an unusual stave count, a different tab tuning, a particular spacing. Tell us what you’d use it for and it goes on the list. You can also check whether the paper generator already makes what you need: it builds staff, tab and chord-chart pages to your own settings.

Using our paper

Short answer: yes, you can. Print, photocopy and hand out anything here for lessons, rehearsals, classroom or personal use, free, without asking. The terms of use set out the detail, including the one thing we ask you not to do — rehost or resell the files. For anything outside that, email us and we’ll almost certainly say yes.

Privacy requests

To ask what data we hold, have it deleted, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, email the same address with “privacy request” in the subject line. See the privacy policy for what we collect and your rights in full.

Anything else

Press, partnerships, advertising and licensing all go to the same address. We read everything.
